Covid 19 Parties and Guidelines
Woo Hoo- we can party again!
With ‘small gathering’ restrictions easing, Fairy Fantasy Parties are glad to back! If you’ve promised your little one a party- we have some SAFE and fun ways to make all their dreams come true!
We have developed some packages for events in accordance with directives from the Australian Govt Dept of Health, and NSW Health.
Keep an eye out for changes (at any time)- you can trust that we’ll update you as fast as we can!
What we’ll be doing
We want to party with you in the safest way possible. It is important that our staff and entertainers follow all government and health authority guidelines such as:
Practice social distancing
Sanitise/Wipe down equipment after each party
Hand washing, (before entering the party).
No physical contact- unfortunately this means, no hugs or high fives.
Substitute Face Painting for other fun activities.
Our entertainers will communicate with you throughout the party to ensure everything is going well.
Inform and train our staff of our policy and any new procedures
Ensure our policies and procedures are followed by all staff and our entertainers
What YOU can do to Help Follow the Guidelines
Ensure you are not exceeding the maximum number of attendees. ( It’s hard but people will understand! Request only one accompanying adult or no sibling tag alongs.
Consider if the celebration/ day can be split into x2 time slots, one for older family members and one for little friends.
We recommend discussing how the party will run, with your guests/ the children prior to our arrival: practicing social distancing, no contact games, no hi 5’s and hugs etc.
Practice Social distancing by leading by example – it’s the best way kids learn!
Check in with the entertainer during the party if you have any concerns
Discuss with guests re “Drop off” options.
For singing Happy Birthday/ Blowing candles- consider cupcakes instead of one large cake.
Please settle your account in full with 48 hours after booking your party.
Discuss your concerns, ask any questions and ensure you’re happy with the plan for the party with our office team and your entertainer prior to the party
Inform us as soon as possible if any guests are unwell or have tested positive to COVID 19 .
